Peridot SDC Ltd is a building survey and design company based on the Roseland and set up in 2016 by James Hetherington and Mike Geary. James is a Chartered Building Surveyor with 30 years experience and a member of the Institute of Historic Building Conservation. James has worked with a broad range of clients on a wide variety of building types from houses, offices and schools to tin mines, lighthouses and churches. Mike is a Chartered Architectural Technologist with over 25 years experience. Mike has worked in architectural practices across the UK and is experienced in designing practical and economic buildings from feasibility through to completion on site including all relevant planning and building regulation approvals. Together we provide the following services:

Full design and supervision from inception to completion of works on site

Condition surveys and maintenance plans

Defect inspections

Quinquennial surveys for churches in the Diocese of Truro
